Clover Hill Food Ingredients Ltd is an independent 100% Irish owned family run company based in Millstreet, CO. Cork and formed by Dan and Eileen Buckley in 2003.

Prior to setting up Clover Hill, Dan Buckley worked in a technical sales capacity for 15 years with leading global food ingredient manufacturers Griffith Laboratories (USA), Dalgety Food Ingredients (UK) and Kerry Ingredients (Irl).

At that time, the larger manufacturers were becoming more inwardly focused, rationalising delivery terms and making it harder for small/medium sizes customers to source ingredients at competitive prices.
Dan identified a niche gap in the Irish food ingredients market and set out on his own.
