My name is Karolina, I am teaching yoga and meditation for over 9 years. Each class is a journey and an experience, tailored to each student's skill level and abilities. In my classes and workshops, I will help you develop skills and learn tools that can be easily integrated into your daily life to improve longevity, posture, mobility, athletic performance, breathing habits and manage stress.
