Knights Catering is an Irish owned, family run business with over 30 years of hard work and hugely successful catered events to our credit. It all began in the early 80’s with our Mum; Collette Fitzgerald and her dedication and passion for all things food. Since then we have grown Knights Catering from its simple and humble origins to our current position as one of Ireland’s leading event and corporate caterers.
