This vinyasa flow style of yoga is dynamic and strengthening. A reasonable level of fitness is required. Poses are linked together and the movement flows in rythym with the breath. The sequences are designed to build controlled movement and greater mobility. Flexibility is not a requirement!
Roisin's yoga classes are influenced by her pilates and mindfulness trainings, creating a unique experience. Students are supported in creating their own journey on the mat and are encouraged to practice with a light sense of curiosity and acceptance.
