Mullingar Farm Meats – first started trading as a family business in 1974, predominantly in the Dublin area.

In the mid 1980’s, Paddy Smith, recognised the ever-changing dining culture and the introduction of carvery to Hotels and Lounge Bars.
Mullingar Farm Meats diversified 100% to the Catering Trade supplying all cuts of meats, including
Beef, Lamb, Pork, Bacon, Poultry and breakfast products.
