Real Alive Yoga
Swami Yogajyoti is a highly respected teacher within the Satyananda Yoga tradition. Her first introduction to Satyananda Yoga was in 1988. She then spent the following two years moving between Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales and the Bihar School of Yoga in Munger, India.

She returned to Munger from 1992, living and working there as a sannyasi until 2005. During this time she was intensely involved in the delivery of many courses, including those run by Bihar Yoga University.
