Santosha Yoga
My exploration into the world of yoga began in Cork in 2011, it was a purely physical pursuit at first as I was looking for something to help develop and compliment my other passion of surfing. At the end of my first class, it was clear to me that there was much more depth to the practice beyond just physical benefits to be gained.



My connection to the practice deepened over the coming years. Attending a weekly class quickly manifested into practising daily if not twice a day. The practice was beginning to change who I was for the better, bringing me closer to a more authentic version of myself, rather than trying to make my self fit into socially acceptable norms and expectations.
