CL Meats is a family owned butchers which is open to the Public and the Catering Trade. It was started in July 1994 by Mark O’Sullivan and his late father Michael O’Sullivan. Mark O’Sullivan, proprietor of CL Meats comes from a long line of butchering. His great grandfather started his abattoir and retail shops in Carlow in the early 1900’s, and opened his first shop at 45 Oliver Plunkett St. Cork in 1930. Mark O’Sullivan Proprietor brings over 35 years of experience in the meat trade delivering finest quality meats with value for money and excellent service to his valued customers. CL Meats supply to many of Cork’s finest hotels, bars and restaurants from our Factory at Unit 8 Kinsale Road Business Park Cork and our modern, clean spacious, and very easy on the eye retail shop is located in the Food Emporium also at Kinsale Road Business Park Cork.
