Samadhi
When I took up yoga properly a few years ago I dipped my toe in some workshops - not at Samadhi, sorry! The first few were at other Dublin studios and I found them impersonal and anonymous really - there were too many people for names to be used, let alone individual feedback. I was unsure if I was even doing the poses correctly. I mentioned this to my friend Helen who said you need to go to Samadhi. And so I did. And she was right. At Samadhi there was and is a real sense of community, of expertise, and I felt that I was in safe hands. The instructions all felt precise and the individual feedback and encouragement was much appreciated. And also a sense of fun and enjoyment. So when it came to where I would do YTT there was only one choice.
